Frequently Asked Questions
There are several ways to search for products.
- By Health interest
- Browse by category or product type
- Search field. You can type in the name or description of the product and this will bring you to the closest matches.
- All searches will result in a description of the category and product.
At the moment, we only deliver within mainland UK. We hope in the near future to deliver to the EU.
You will not be able to register and pay for your products at ckeckout if you have no delivery address in mainland UK.
All previous delivery addresses are retained against customer account, allowing use in future if required.
You are able to view your delivery addresses in your address book by going to My Account.
Please take note, that once your order has been shipped we are unable to change the delivery address.
- I can’t seem to be able to log in? Ensure you are typing in the email address and password which was used to register. If you cannot remember your password use reset option.
- How do I subscribe/Unsubscribe the newsletter?
Go to My Account once you have signed in, click Yes to receive Newsletters. If you do not wish to receive the newsletter, then please click No. - How do I track my order on the website?
We will inform you of tracking information by sending an e-mail to you. - Can I see my Order History?
Log into your account, go to My Account. On the left hand side you will see view previous orders - Please update your information at Your Account in this website if you move, change phone number, email or payment preferences.
Orders are despatched within 48 hours weekdays (orders placed on a weekend will be despatched the following Tuesday), however please allow up to the maximum time for delivery; 3-5 working days for first class and 5-10 working days for second class delivery.
Go to your basket, click Remove on each product line, until your basket is empty or you have removed the items you do not wish to order. Then Click Update.
If you have previously registered, click sign in on the top of the screen and use the email address and password to enter. If you are a new customer click register, enter your postcode and house number, then click register. This will bring up a form for you to complete with your details, you will also be prompted to choose a password which will be used each time you login to the website.
Next time when you order from our website sign in first and all your details will be filled out at checkout.
NOTE: You will not be able to register and pay for your products at checkout if you have no delivery address in mainland UK.
We want to make ordering on the Internet as easy and stress free as possible. If you order a product that you subsequently decide you do not wish to purchase, for an appropiate reason, then let us know within 14 working days of delivery and we will be pleased to exchange or refund the cost of the goods once we received the returned item.
If you have paid by Debit or Credit Card, we will contact you to arrange reimbursement as we will require your card details to issue your refund.

You must send us to that email all the information about your order, product, photos and reason for returning item. Once your request is approved, we will send the a return number code and return address. PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO RETURN ANY PRODUCT WITHOUT THE RETURN CODE.
